Knowledge Base Search Help

To begin a search for Knowledge Base (KB) articles, type your search terms in the Keywords field, and then click Search to begin your query. If you know the number of the article you are looking for, type the number in the KB # field, and then click Search to view the article. Any number entered into the Keywords field will return only those articles containing the number.

By default, all article Categories and Products are included in the results. To narrow the results, select only the categories and products you would like to search.

To view an article in the results, just click the title.
